Since 1971, AIHSA is the only Association in the Algarve, which represents businessman of hotels, restaurants and bars. AIHSA’s mission relays on defending and promoting the interests of its members, by the public and private sectors. It promotes seminars, informative sessions about the major topics in the sector, audits and training in food safety regarding a sustainable development in the hospitality industry.
